We’ve just returned from 10 days in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, with the Koransky family. We hit the beach, ate a ton of food, and generally had a blast. The kids were tan and happy, the ocean was beautiful, and we’re going to have to take some time to re-adjust to real life now. Thanks to Rose and Adam for putting us up!
Easter weekend in Port Aransas has become something of a tradition for us. This year was no exception, and we’re back now after 3 days of getting covered in sand and gorging on seafood. George was old enough this year to really embrace the beach lifestyle, which of course made everything that much more fun. And as in previous years, Henry asked several times if we could just go ahead and move down to the coast. Not yet, but maybe someday.
I think it might be official Texas law that when there are bluebonnets out, you have to put your kids in nice clothes and get a few pictures of them. So while we were playing at the Burdett’s ranch this weekend, we took a few minutes to meet our bluebonnet obligations. We were pretty pleased with the results….
